Episode 12: The Betrayed - 3/28/67

Three months ago, David Vincent had come to the Carver oil fields in Houston. There had been reports of unexplained lights and that same night, two watchmen had been found dead. The verdict in both cases: cerebral hemorrhage. Now, suddenly, after endless nights of vigil in the Carver fields, David has found proof that the Invaders are here.

David Vincent has finally got himself a camera! He snaps photos of a saucer landing near an old oil tanker. When someone emerges from the tanker, he takes more photos. When a truck drives up and a lot of the green suits go inside, he creeps forward and keeps snapping away.  Surely he'll walk away with all this proof of Invader existence, no?

While the little green men are inside the truck, he climbs up on the tanker and goes inside. There is a world map of Earth with areas lit up and circled, and the whole place is humming and beeping. He takes more pictures and then decides to screw everything up by pressing buttons. Some periscope type object begins rising while making a loud humming noise that is noticed by one the green suited aliens outside.

Meanwhile, David pulls some sort of recording tape out of the wall and waits for the advancing alien to sneak up on him. Fortunately, he's one of those easy to defeat aliens, but unfortunately, David has chosen to throw his camera at him to deflect his ray gun shot. David struggles with him and pulls his head toward a rung on the ladder, choking him until he glows red. He immediately lets go so as not to get caught in the afterburn. He climbs out of the tanker without bothering to grab his camera.

Episode 11: The Ivy Curtain - 3/21/67

Barney Cahill is navigating a large jet for Cameron Air Cargo through a turbulent storm, while four men in suits hang on to some swaying crates in the cargo hold. Cahill says he can't make it home and is going to look for a place to land. One of the men comes to the cockpit to tell him he can't land down there, complaining that they're expected somewhere. Barney tells him to go back and lay down flat and use his coat as a pillow, which he and his fellow passengers do.

Barney tells them to hold on since it's going to be rough. He safely lands in an open field, but a large gear on top of a wooden shaft topples onto one of the men. He goes back to help the others lift it off the man and he sees that while the man's arm is cut open, he is not bleeding and does not seem to be in any pain. They all stand around him while he asks them what they want. He receives no answer.

Episode 10: The Innocent - 3/14/67

At Clement Air Force Base, two military men enter a locked file room. One comments to his senior officer on how tired he must be since he hasn't slept for 24 hours, and he wishes he knew what he was looking for. The captain responds that it's similar to the Vincent report, it starts with a 'P', and he'll know it when he sees it. The sergeant helpfully directs him to the 'P' section, but the captain opens a drawer and finds it empty. He berates the sergeant for first losing the Ambrose file and now the P files. He sends him upstairs to look for them.

The captain starts pulling other files when another officer enters the locked room, saying Capt. Gardner wants to see him now. The captain questions why he'd want to see him at midnight, and tells the officer to let him know he'll see him when he can. The officer advances, insisting that he'll come now, as he pulls a gun and points it at him. He asks if he can get his briefcase and goes to the open briefcase and uses the gun inside it to shoot through the briefcase at the officer. He sees the man fall and a red glow emanates from the space behind the files where his body landed.

The sergeant comes running in and they creep towards the place the officer fell with their guns drawn, but all they find is a gun and some charred substance on the floor.

Episode 9: Quantity: Unknown - 3/7/67

A private plane is sailing through a clear blue sky with its engine sputtering. It makes a turn and flies into a hillside, erupting in a fiery explosion.

Workers are sifting through the smoking wreckage. One of them comments to another that there was no record of the flight and no bodies were found. The other opens a box that contains a metal cylinder and asks what he thinks it is, since he's never seen anything like it before. His buddy notes that it's practically weightless and tells him to get it to Sperrick labs.

The package makes its way to Sperrick Laboratories on a mail truck and encounters a road block. Two uniformed officers walk side by side up to the mail truck while the mail carrier sticks his head out the window to ask why there's a roadblock. One opens the truck door and the other points a gun at him. As he exits the vehicle, the other officer holds a metal disc to his neck and he goes down. They run to the back of the truck and begin searching it.

A car screeches to a halt on the other side of the roadblock and two real officers get out and start shooting it out with one of the alien officers. One of the human officers is shot and falls to the ground. The other human officer shoots the alien, sees him fall, glow red and vaporize. As he goes to check on his partner, the other alien creeps out of the truck and shoots him as he is stepping over the barricade. The alien hears another screech of tires and runs off into the bushes as more security officers drive up. They go to the fallen officer who tells how he got one of them, that he started to glow and burned up. The alien officer pokes his head out of the bushes to watch them and decides to run up the hillside.
